Donway makes every effort to ensure we are completing your warranty claim in a timely and efficient manner, however cannot influence the time frames, information or results provided to us by the items manufacturer. In some cases, the appliance or equipment manufacturer may require to speak with the owner of the item (you) directly. In such cases, we will provide you with all relevant details of the claim to date.
