For faster processing, please include any relevant photos or documentation of the defect.

Please note that manufacturers of fitted equipment and appliances have their own warranty process that we must follow when processing a claim on your behalf. Donway makes every effort to ensure we are completing your warranty claim in a timely and efficient manner however cannot affect the time frames, information or results given to us by the items manufacturer. In some cases, the appliance or equipment manufacturer may require to speak with the owner of the item (you) directly, in which case we’ll give you all relevant details of the claim so far.
